How It Started
It began with a search for a home.
IJ’s Wheel Estates did not begin because I was looking for a real estate business. It began because I was looking for a safe, affordable place for my family to live.
Like many families, I experienced firsthand how difficult traditional housing had become. Prices kept rising, options felt limited, and I started looking for alternatives that could still provide stability, dignity, and a real sense of home.
That search introduced me to mobile homes. What started as a personal housing decision quickly opened my eyes to a larger opportunity: mobile homes could give families a more attainable path to homeownership, while also giving owners a simpler way to sell when life changed.

Why We Exist
