IJ’s Wheel Estates exists because of a search for a home—not a search for a business. When I began looking for an affordable place for my family, I wasn't trying to build a company. I was trying to solve a problem that millions of families face: finding a home that was safe, practical, and attainable.

The deeper I looked, the more I realized how many hardworking people had quietly been priced out of traditional homeownership. Then I discovered manufactured housing. That discovery changed the trajectory of my life.

I didn't discover mobile homes because I was looking for a business. I discovered a business because I was looking for a home.

That single experience forced me to question the way we think about housing. Mobile homes are often misunderstood, yet for countless families they represent stability, ownership, and opportunity.

IJ’s Wheel Estates was built on the belief that business should solve real problems. Profit keeps a business alive, but purpose determines why it exists. Our purpose is to help people navigate mobile home ownership with honesty, clarity, and respect.

That's why education comes before transactions. Our Resource Center exists so people can understand titles, values, park rules, financing, repairs, and the buying and selling process—even if they never become our customer.

My long-term vision is not simply to buy more homes. It is to become the most trusted mobile home resource in Dallas–Fort Worth by consistently providing truthful information and treating every person with dignity.

If one family discovers a path to attainable homeownership because of something we shared, or one seller feels understood during a difficult transition, that success means more than another closed transaction.

So when people ask why we focus on mobile homes, the answer has never been because they're profitable. We focus on them because they changed the course of my life, and I believe they can change someone else's.
