This company didn't begin because I wanted to become an investor. It began because I was searching for a home for my family.

I wasn't chasing deals. I was searching for answers. That search eventually led me to manufactured housing, and it completely changed the direction of my life.

Looking for More Than Four Walls

Most businesses begin with an opportunity. IJ’s Wheel Estates began because I was trying to find an affordable home for my family. I wasn't looking for a real estate business. I was looking for stability, security, and a future.

Like millions of families, I discovered that homeownership was becoming harder to reach. Housing prices continued to climb, and the question that stayed with me was simple: How are ordinary families supposed to afford this?

Discovering Something Most People Overlook

That search eventually introduced me to manufactured housing. At first I saw what many people see. Then I began learning. I found hardworking homeowners, close-knit communities, and an attainable path to ownership that too many people overlook because of outdated assumptions.

That experience changed my life and gave birth to a sentence that still defines this company: 'I didn't discover mobile homes because I was looking for a business. I discovered a business because I was looking for a home.'

Why We Started IJ’s Wheel Estates

Once I understood what manufactured housing could mean for families, I knew I wanted to build something around that purpose. Not just another company that bought homes, but one that helped people understand their options and treated every seller with dignity.

I believe business should solve real problems. Profit keeps a business alive, but purpose determines where that business goes. Our purpose is to make affordable housing more understandable, more approachable, and more respected.

Education Before Transactions

One lesson from my own journey was how difficult it could be to find trustworthy information. That's why our Resource Center exists. We believe education comes before transactions. If someone leaves our website better informed—even if they never become our customer—we've still accomplished something worthwhile.

The Company We're Building

My vision has never been to become the biggest mobile home buyer in Dallas–Fort Worth. I want IJ’s Wheel Estates to become the most trusted mobile home resource in the region. I want people to know they can come here for honest answers, practical guidance, and respectful treatment.

I hope people remember us not simply because we completed transactions, but because we helped families move forward with confidence.
